Every time I visit it’s an amazing experience. I always have so many questions and the staff here are willing to answer all of them patiently. They always check with you first if the prices are ok and won’t pressure you into any service. I appreciate their professionalism and how kind they can also be, they really make sure my cat is comfortable where he is.

I just brought my dog here a couple weeks ago for stomach issues. The front desk was respectful and nice and helped me with questions that I had. I did not have an appointment but they were able to fit me in that day regardless or how busy they were. even though it did take awhile, I am happy they still helped me. Once the doctor came into the room to talk to me about the treatment he told me exactly what could be done and that it would be done the same day! I wasn’t expecting everything that he put, but he explained that it was all beneficial and needed. When the appointment was done I took home the after care they gave me and after a few days I already seen improvement in my dogs health. I recommend this clinic to all and thank you Dr Damian for helping her out! :)

DR. DAMIAN PAVLOVSKI SEES HAMSTERS! I've been going to this vet for a year since they re-opened under new management and Dr. Damian and his staff are wonderful and caring. It's hard to find a vet for small pet exotics. I've previously gone to vets all over Santa Clara county and the Fremont area, but highly recommend Dr. Damian in Milpitas as my go-to. I take in surrendered and abandoned hamsters, and Dr. Damian has been very careful with every hamster I've brought. He is knowledgeable and cautious, and I fully trust and respect his judgement. His prices are more than fair for the services he provides. His staff is also attentive and patient, and it's very clear they all love animals. Walk-ins are accepted, but charged as an emergency visit, which is standard practice for many vets. You may have to wait for other scheduled appointments to be completed ahead of you if your appointment is non-priority (which is also standard practice). I recommend making an appointment if possible to avoid the wait.

They reply to emails super fast, and the front desk staff are always patient and friendly. Making an appointment is easy and flexible. I appreciate that everyone is gentle with my cat. The vet is more on the proactive side and usually suggests thorough exams and treatments. If you have budget concerns, you should discuss with the vet in advance.

This was my kitten’s first checkup, and the clinic provided exactly what’s expected without any unnecessary tests. The results were all within normal ranges, so there were no worrying signs. It felt like a textbook example of what a kitten’s first wellness visit should be. I would definitely recommend this clinic, especially for first-time cat parents!
